Everyday is a lazy day.

Setiap kali nak update blog, mesti ada interruptions. Sometimes, datang malas pulak tiba2. Dah tulis halfway, pastu takde mood. Rasa macam ahhh baik buat keja lain. In fact, reading other people’s blog is much more enjoyable than writing in mine. Haha. I have no idea what the heck is wrong with me.

I took an MC on Monday. Takde la sakit sangat ke apa. Malam sebelumnya pegi makan kat Kuala Selangor with my family. I was OD-ed on seafood. Nia pulak tanak tido. Biasa la kalau nak naik bulan, mesti lain sikit kerenah dia. So I ended up with headache that morning.

I took the chance of my impromptu absence to take Nia for her 4th month check up. Nia wasn’t in her usual jolly mood. Macam dah tau je nak kena inject. She weighs 7 kg now. Bila paed tu agah2 dia, Nia ok je. Tapi bila letak kat ‘meja penderaan’ tu (bak kata doc), terus dia nangis. Tu la doc sape suruh kata meja penderaan, ingat Nia tak paham ke? Haha.

Hmm susah betul bila baby dah kenal orang ni. Nia only wants the person she knows to hold her. Kalau tak familiar, mula la dia mencebik2, pastu nangis. So semalam tu kena jab yang sakit gile. Menjerit dia sekejap. As soon as my my mom held her, dia terus senyap. Aduuuhh pandai betul.

So anyway, I met Kak Sue and Kak Anita at The Curve the other day. Couldn’t make it for their lunch as Nia was sleeping so soundly, I didn’t have the hearts to wake her up. But it was nice meeting them though, even for a while. Sampai tak sempat nak keluarkan camera sendiri. Lepas tu had some tid bits at Vivo (i loveeee their chicken wings) and then balik rumah.

Volcanic chocolate with ice cream. Tak sesedap yang kat Cova, but not bad la. Price is cheaper. :)

Mommy dgn Nia baju sama. Daddy tak geng.

Kalau bole, semua jari dia nak sumbat. Nasib baik tak muat.

Oh ya. Today is the first day of SPM week. My younger sis is sitting for it this year. Dia yang exam, I pulak yang nervous for her. Nampak muka budak tu relax je. Hari ni paper History and BM. I’m praying she will ace all her papers, 12As insyaAllah.

Malam ni (terpaksa) pegi main bowling with my team mates. Tak tau balik rumah nanti pukul brape. Malas sgt nak join. I’d rather go home to my child.

Hello people!

I’m so swamped with work! Hence, the lack of updates. Hari2 kerja takkan habis. Satu keluar, sepuluh mari. Adoii. Two days away to reach the weekend. Hmm still a long way to go.

I don’t have much to tell anyway. Life has been the same since my last entry. Nia is doing great, in case u’re wondering. Hehe. Balik2 cerita pasal Nia. Mesti semua orang dah bosan.

Watevs lah. Nak tulis jugak.

Well, Nia’s a big girl now. She’s gonna turn 4 months next Tuesday. And she’s such a screamer these days. Kalau tak dapat apa dia nak, mesti kluar suara baby dia tu. Nak susu, jerit. Nak tido pun jerit. Haha so diva la Nia ni. Rasa kelakar sgt sebab dia macam tak bleh control intonasi suara dia kan. Mommy tak faham la baby language cik adik oiii.

Pastu, punya la tak suka kalau orang baringkan. She wants to stand most of the time! Lenguh gak tangan nak pegang. Yang pelik tu, dia tak penat ke? Haha. Dah la baby lagi. Other than that she can grasp things already. My already thinning hair is becoming lesser sbb selalu menjadi mangsa Nia. Semua benda dia nak tarik. My mom’s flowers pun dia nak tarik. Bunga hiasan tau bukan bunga kat luar rumah.

Btw, budak2 sekarang suka tengok TV kan? I tak suka bagi Nia tengok TV. Takut addicted sampai besar mcm nephew my husband. I’d rather let her play with her colourful toys than watch TV. Tengok sikit2 bole lah. Nia suka tengok Higgly Town Heroes on Playhouse Disney. But almost everyday I will teach her alphabets using my iPhone. Download semua free applications untuk babies. All the kiddie songs and nursery rhymes. Senang.

Oh ya. Nia suka gile tengok her own reflection in the mirror. Haha so vain. And bila tunjuk balik video yang kita record on her, she’ll be so excited. Mesti dia pelik siapa la baby yang kat dalam phone tu. Pastu dia suka sangat tengok my sisters dance in front of her. Adik I slalu menari lagu Beat It by Michael Jackson. She loves it so much. Hehe.

Tulis pasal Nia ni, rindu pulak. Can’t wait to go home. Before I end this, here’s some more pics from her cukur jambul ceremony. This one was held at my place. Yang entry lepas tu kat my in laws. I had the chance to get the service from the famous wedding planner, The Wedding Fairies. I asked for something simple but cute, and they gave me just that. U guys can contact them as well kalau nak buat decorations camni. They’re such nice people.

At times I miss the carefree life I had before.

See, I wanted to watch a movie the other night, but I can’t. Becos I have Nia to think about. Dulu, bole keluar pegi dating ikut suka je. Tak yah fikir banyak2. Ask for my parent’s permission and off we go. Masa zaman study lagi la. Zass je keluar at any time of the day.

Skrg bila dah jadi mak orang ni, everything I do, I have to adjust to fit my new family. Banyak betul benda nak kena consider. Firstly kalau weekdays, mesti nak siapkan kerja cepat2 so that I can go home early. The traffic jam is inevitable, but if I can go out a bit earlier dapat la save time sikit.

Pastu kalau pergi mana2, mesti nak kena bawak barang2 baby. Her milk, her diapers, her spare suits, her everything lah. Sometimes jadi malas nak keluar sebab kena bawak barang banyak2 tu. Tapi kalau asyik fikir malas, terperuk je lah kat rumah kan. Tak best.

Kalau balik rmh my in laws pun, even for only 1 day, our stuff would fill up most of the boot. Tu baru anak sorang. Kalau skrg five bags, nanti dah 2 anak double the size la kot? Heheh. Ye lah memang camtu kan kalau ada anak kecik. We’re not rich people, takkan nak beli two of everything. I really don't know how to travel light. Being me, I'd like to have options. Kalau bole, satu rumah nak angkut. Hehe. :)

Back to the movie yang I nak tengok tu. I thought of leaving Nia with my mom tapi macam kesian pulak sebab my mom dah penat jaga when I go to work. Takkan malam pun nak jaga lagi. Well, I wanted to watch The Time Traveller’s Wife cos I read the book. Any of u have seen it? Is it as good as the book? Guess I’ll end up buying a DVD. Lagipun bukan citer action pack. So takpe lah.

Bukan nak kata menyesal kawin awal ke apa ke. But hey having a child of your own comes with huge responsibilities. They need and depend on us for everything. Nevertheless, I would not trade my life for anything. Having my Nia is the best miracle that could ever happen to me. Hmm u know what? It’d be so cool and so convenient if I can bring Nia everywhere I go. Ha, kalau kita ni macam kangaroo senang kan. Letak anak dalam poket. Selamat je. Tak pun kalau ada poket cam Doraemon. Semua benda boleh letak. Hehehe. Gila.

Anyways, we’ll be going for a holiday in December. Fuhh! Yang ni pun after a lot of justifications. Orang travel agency tu pun dah macam hangin cos my husband called them banyak kali. Hehe. But for this holiday, we’re not gonna bring Nia along. This is for her own safety. We need this getaway sebab dah lama sangat tak pegi mana2. The last holiday we went was to Medan. Masa tu I was 5 months pregnant. Oh yeah, maternity leave is not holiday ok. Haha. So next vacation, baru bole bawak Nia. Nanti bole travel jauh sikit. Cos she’s bigger and can appreciate more things.

Imagine this: U’re hungry but there’s nothing else to eat except for a cheese burger. Ok make that double cheese burger. Uhm with fries and coke on the side. Ala senang kata, McValue Meal no. 4 lah. Hehe.

So tell me. Would u eat or not?

Now don’t suggest me to go to other place to get something else, cos that’s not in the option honey.


Pros for eating:
- Kenyang perut suka hati.
- At least u’ll get some nutrition, mostly from the fats. Fats pun sejenis nutrisi. Urmm.. if u count the bread from the burger, dapat gak la some good carbs over there.

Cons for eating:
- Menambah kepada kegemukan.
- Kemungkinan mendapat penyakit spt darah tinggi, sakit jantung dan yang sewaktu dgnnya jika diamalkan setiap hari.


Pros for not eating:
- U won’t get fat lah.
- Jimat duit.
- Chances of getting the said diseases as above would be much lesser.

Cons for not eating:
- Kelaparan, maka akan menimbulkan amarah dlm masa yang terdekat.
- No nutritions whatsoever. Nanti susu badan kureeeng.

So mana satu?? Sila tambah pros and cons dan apa2 point yang berkenaan.

Confession: I’m looking at my own flabby tummy and feeling very guilty of eating that tasteless chicken rice for lunch which I considered is pretty much a crap and not worth the RM4 I paid. Sekianterimakasih.

Masa on the way gi keja tadi, I ada dengar on radio the news about a pregnant lady who had to give birth while boarding a flight to Sarawak. She was 7 months pregnant and so her baby is premature. The plane had to make an emergency landing at LCCT Sepang airport.

I’m not sure whether the baby is a girl or a boy. Alhamdulillah, I think both baby and mother are in good health but wow.. I tak dapat imagine if I’m in her place. Nauzubillah, mintak dijauhkan. Hehe. I used to watch the show ‘Amazing Babies’ on the channel Discovery Home & Health and mmg banyak case2 camni. Ada yang lagi amazing dari ni. Huhu takuuuttt.

But u know what, as a token of appreciation, Air Asia is giving the lady free flight to any destination that she (and her family) wishes, for the rest of her life! Best gile kan? Mcm ada private jet sendiri. :)

On another different note, I’m having serious hair loss right now. I know I know. Every new mother will experience this tapi menyampah sungguh la woi. Potong pendek kang baru tau. Eeee I hope the new hair will grow fast. Malas dah nak vacuum rambut2 kat bilik tu.

Hmm so what are u guys planning for weekend? Ada ke lagi open house nak pegi? Hehe. I wanted to meet up with some friends tapi nampak nya semua still busy. Ada yang kena attend wedding, kena attend adik convo, kena gi kursus kawin, kena study. Haiyooo terbalik la pulak kan. I yang dah ada anak ni pun takde la busy sesangat2.

I guess sometimes my friends think I’m super busy handling family matters, padahal takde la busy mana pun. Well, I don’t blame anyone. Maybe I have so little friends, balik2 nak jumpa org yg sama jugak. Haha. But I cherish our friendship though. Saje nak catch up on old times.

Sooooo memandangkan tiada rakan2 yg ingin berjumpa, maka I have to go shopping la nampaknya. Haha alasan. Ye la kan nak buat apa lagi. Unless ada sape2 yang nk ajak pi breakfast ke? Ada? Ada? Haaa tau dah. Mmg takde pun. LOL.

My husband will not be around tonight till tomorrow evening. Dia pun ada wedding nak pegi. Kat Jitra plak tu. Cehh. Apa ke tinggal anak bini semata2 nk gi wedding ngan kawan2? Baik u tinggalkan credit card sekali sayang. Senang kalau ada apa2 emergency.

This Sunday ada big game between Liverpool and Man U. Mesti my husband tak sabaaarrrr nak tengok. Harap2 Liverpool menang. Kalau taakkk.. ada yang mata berkaca2 dpn TV nanti. Go Torres! Ehehe. Have a jolly weekend everyone. :)

I just saw the most disgusting thing in the toilet. YUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Rasa nak termuntah then and there. Sabar je laaahhh. Ok I shall not elaborate on this as to further spoil your mood for dinner.

Anyways, I just found out that I got my period. Again.

Hmm the gap is quite near from the last time I got it. From my calculation, tak sampai sebulan pun. Before I got pregnant, my cycle is very regular. Hari tu lepas deliver, my darah nifas went on for almost 60 days. After a few weeks, I got my first period after delivery.

It’s amazing though becos I tak rasa sakit langsung. Takde senggugut apa semua. Kalau dulu, the first 2 hours of my first day of period mesti sakit gile senggugut tu. Betul la kata my mom. Lepas deliver, dah tak sakit. Maybe its in the genes? I don’t know. Ada tak siapa2 yg macam I? Dulu sakit, lepas dah bersalin tak sakit? Macam cool gile ke apa tah. Hehe.

Oh ya. Back to today. My period cycle dah tak regular. Is this normal? I hope it is. Gotta check on this. Next time kalau dtg cepat jugak I’d definitely have to consult with my gynae.

Speaking of professionals, I’m thinking of doing my pap smear soon. Maybe in 2 weeks la. Bagi clear red flag ni dulu. Ibu2 yang dah buat pap smear tu ada buat mammogram skali ke? Or is it unnecessary? Sbb pernah dgr org kata that's for woman 40 years and above.

Eat, sleep, Nia.

I don’t think I’m eating right these days. Like today, I ate a burger. Eeee bengang dgn diri sendiri. But I had to! I can’t eat other stuff they sell in the cafeteria. Nak kluar, rasa malas pulak. Sbb bila balik nanti parking sure penuh. Maybe I should pack up lunch from home starting from tomorrow onwards. Yeah I should totally do that.

Hey mommies. Does your baby smile or laugh while they’re asleep? I’m sure they do right? Hehe. They make such angelic faces. Nia pun sama lah. I’ve noticed this dah lama dah. Rasanya sejak dia lahir. Kalau dia tido tak nyenyak, mesti muka dia ada macam2 expression punya. Apa la agaknya yang diorang tengah mimpi tu ya?

Gaya tido yg ayu dan bersopan santun. Hehe.

Sometimes Nia whimpers in her sleep. Sampai cebik2 mulut dia. Comel gileeee. Rasa cam kesian pulak. Rasa nak peluk je kuat2. Pastu kalau dia tiba2 gelak, I pun tergelak sama. Hahaha. She’s so funny. I feel like pinching her chubby cheeks. But of course, I’d rather let her sleep than do all that.

Bila Nia dah masuk 3 bulan ni, I dah familiar with her sleeping pattern. Alhamdulillah, she doesn’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore. I mean, dia wake up for feedings je la. Lepas tu tido balik. Kalau dulu, dia bangun mesti nak main2. Most of the time, tak tido satu malam. Now, she can differentiate between night and day. Nia tido siang about 5 times, but in short period la. Malam tido lama. Good girl Nia. Mommy and daddy can get our rest. Oh my beauty sleep! Finally.

Gaya tido yang lasak. Macam budak besar tido kat katil org. Ni mesti daddy yg ajar.

So last Friday we went for her 3 months check up. Nia weighs 6.2 kgs. Tinggi tambah 1 cm je from last time. I think dia melebar, rather than meninggi. Haha seriously, skrg mcm dah bulat sgt. Her paed said she’s growing up well. So we don’t have anything to worry about. :)

Oh ya. Pasal yang I masuk tv tu kan.. tak jadi tau. Hehe. Haaa tu la, kan dah kata. Tak semestinya jadi. Kan dah malu. Actually camni, my husband's SIL wanted to promote her bridal business. She's a make up artist as well. So last Saturday, dia nak panggil TV3. But at the last minute, ada miscommunication ke apa tah. Kesian my SIL. She sponsored Nia's dais for her cukur jambul at my husband's side. Cantik sangat. Will post up the pics next time.

It's so annoying.

That I just have to write something in here.

The concert is this coming Sunday! Kenapa laaa hai nak di-postpone pulak. I shoud've known this would happen.

But then, no. I didn't quite expect it actually.

Reason for her postponing the concert is due to personal reasons. Read below:

The reason here is strictly at Beyonce Management citing Beyonce’s personal reason has affected her concert scheduled in Malaysia.

The only 'personal' reason I could personally accept here is if Beyonce got pregnant. Did she? Huh.

The last time I went to a big concert was for the MCR's and that went well. Anuar's concert doesn't count cos he's local and chances of canceling is very minimal.

Nasib baik ticket tu bukan I beli sendiri. But still.. kesian kat suami saya. Bazir je belikan. I don't think Beyonce will come at all lah. Hmmm what ever. Terpaksa tunggu. Or else, I'll just get my husband's money refund.

Btw, ada satu lagi benda nk cerita. My husband was the one who first conveyed me the news. I was like, so shocked. Bengang gile la kan. Pastu, my husband kata dia balik lambat cos he had to be at site till 11 pm. Ok takde kaitan dgn concert tapi nk emo jugak. Tapi tiba2 while I was doing my laundry, he suddenly emerged from the kitchen.

Hee! What a pleasant surprise! Sweet gile ok balik awal. And just when I was about to go over to hug him, he lifted a little bag in his hand.

It's my iPhone 3GS in white! Weeeee suka gile. He finally picked it up from the store. Dapat beli murah from the company package. Murah 1000 gak la. Hehe org lain dah pakai lama, I baru terhegeh2 nak pakai. Thank u for picking it up baby. It's my own gift to myself for my birthday. Don't want any misunderstanding here that I'm using my husband's money to buy stuff. Yang ticket Beyonce tu je mmg dia bagi kat I. Cos that's his gift for me. :)

Will be selling off my E71. E90 pun nk jual gak. Actually those were my husband's. I always get his second hand phones. Haha. They're still in good condition though.

Anyways, still geram dgn Beyonce. How could u do this to us missy?!! Blueekk tanak kawan.

Hari sabtu ada open house kat sana. Oh ya, nk bgtau something ni. Tapi tak confirm lagi la. I might be on tv soon. Hahaha. Citer apa? Haaa kalau dah confirm, I will tell u k. Ke tak patut bagitau? Takut memalukan diri sendiri. Hehe.
